Having experience across Imprest and Trust account management our procurement strategy follows Australian Government Procurement Guidelines. We offer complete transparency and accountability in all procurement operations and we base our service on the principle of fairness and obtaining the "best value for money". We act as an extension of our clients across all international development sectors with a strong focus on Health, Education, Governance and Construction. Over the past 20 years our commodities procurement division have been tasked with the acquisition of goods ranging from Bulk Diesel fuel to Textbooks to Medical equipment.

As part of our procurement capability we provide technical advisers to strengthen the skills of recipient agencies and beneficiary governments. Through skills transfer and institutional strengthening our goal is to assist these agencies to develop good governance and effective procurement management systems.
With an established database of pre-screened internationally experienced consultants, HKL can respond quickly providing technical advisors across the sectors of Health, Education and Governance. Once effective procurement guidelines have been developed, HKL will provide ongoing technical and administrative support ensuring Design and Implementation strategies are adhered to in the early phases of change.
